LOBSTER BOIL!

Our yummy lobster boil at Joy's -- this has now become Justin's and my favorite meal. Obviously, it's been one of Collin's fav's for a while now -- he's a pro at maxing lobster!

Brief description -- a lobster boil consists of boiling lobster, shrimp, red potatoes, corn on the cob, and asparagus in a pot. You cover the table in paper and dump the boiled contents right onto the table. Then, accented with delicious wine, french bread, several bowls of melted butter, and (as if it couldn't get any better) grilled steak, you just dig right in with your hands. It's the most fun you'll ever have while making a complete mess of yourself.
