Riley Candice Olson 09-09-09!

All hooked up, Justin was leaving for the night and I just took two Ambien. Note to self: if there's any chance of delivery within the next several hours, NEVER take Ambien! I can hardly remember anything and I think the nurse thought I was mentally handicapped. Other than that, my delivery was so great -- praise the Lord!Riley Candice Olson was born at 2:47am on Wednesday morning, 09-09-09.

She had a sturdy little cry and was just perfect, 6lbs 9ozs......and lots of hair! Our second little troll doll!Justin is a very proud papa, we can't believe Canon was ever this small!Mema and Mom Morris were supposed to be there for the birth but Riley made her appearance early. She got to meet both Grandmas the next morning. :o)So glad my mom is here! This is me in the background trying to figure out why no one is getting my text messages. Sheesh.Yaya had Canon for Tuesday and Wednesday and picked Mom up from the airport -- Canon was very excited to see Grandma again at the hospital Wednesday afternoon.He can also say "Baby Riley"Auntie Nicole came to visit bearing a balloon (which Canon was grateful for), flowers, and gossip magazines (which I read front to back. Twice.)Going home day! Canon and Mom came to pick us up from the hospital Friday morning. Canon loved all the juice from the snack bar.
Canon was also very observant in pointing out everyone's bracelets.

Riley's all set to be buckled in for her very first car ride!Happy to be home at last. And ready to sleep the day away. We'll see what tonight brings...!

Thank you for all of you who have been praying for me and Baby Riley. With so many "what-if's" we are so blessed to have a perfectly healthy baby at home with us right now. God is so good!
