Breckenridge Trip!

Shannon called me on Monday evening and invited me to a last minute and most needed Mom/kid day to Breckenridge. We had SO much fun -- and I dare say that us Moms may have had more fun than the kids. It was awesome. Here are some of the moments I captured.

Four Moms and ten kids. After a Starbucks run, we all crammed into two minivans and caravanned up to Breck. We spent several hours at the Grand Lodge swimming in the awesome pools and hot tubs!

Grand Lodge is right at the base of Breck's Peak 7. Absolutely beautiful. If you look close, you'll see Canon at the left of this picture running to catch up with Peyton, his slide escort.

After Canon went down a couple times with me he was hooked on this water slide.

He became the older boys favorite accessory! They were practically fighting over whose turn it was to take him down the slide. Canon was in heaven!

After showers and snacks, we strolled downtown Breck to a little park (and more Starbucks).

For dinner, we all strolled over to Erik's. The kids had a blast with pizza and arcade fun and the moms had a blast with chatting and red wine fun.
