Float Trip!

Okay, so all my pics were taken when we stopped for lunch. I couldn't actually TAKE pics on the float because my camera was stored away safely in the dry box. The weather couldn't decided if it was going to be wet or sunny and Canon was stapled to my lap for most of the time so my picture opportunities consisted of this one hour break. :o) This float trip was a very first for Yaya, Canon, and I and I think we can all agree that it was AWESOME! Great job handling the boats Justin and Ryan!
Cousin love! I got some great shots of these boys -- Tanner was kissing on Canon and they were all giggles!

Justin took advantage of this cook time to catch a few fish.

Justin's first catch, a white fish.

The Harms Family, thanks guys for being great guides and great BBQ'rs!

Mema put together a FABULOUS buffet lunch! Canon thought so too.

Justin's brown trout, the one that got away. :o)

I noticed that I didn't catch any pics of Yaya (probably because she, too, was behind her own lens most of the time) but I must mention that she, as well as Alex, was a main staple of this float. We were able to spread the rest of Al's ashes on a beautiful strip of the river after lunch. A great memorial and very tender moment for us all. And thanks Yaya for your wonderful dinner cooking skills, driving up with us and enduring all of Canon's crabbier moments in the car!
